Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

What you're buying

When you plant a flower, you’re purchasing a digital plot in The Pixel Garden. You get a personalized flower displayed in a shared garden, visible to everyone. This is a digital good — there is no physical product.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds.

Keeping your flower alive

Flowers need water to survive. If a flower goes 35 days without being watered — either by its owner or by other visitors — it will wilt and disappear from the garden.

A wilted flower frees up its plot for someone else to plant a new flower. We do not offer compensation for wilted flowers.

Content & visibility

Dedications and names are public and visible to all garden visitors. Once a flower is planted, dedications cannot be changed. Choose your words carefully.

Guest book messages left by other visitors are also public. Flower owners may request removal of individual messages by contacting us.

We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, abusive, or otherwise violates these terms — including entire flowers — without notice or refund.

No guarantees

The Pixel Garden is provided “as is.” We make no promises about uptime, availability, or the long-term future of the service. We’ll do our best to keep the garden alive, but we can’t guarantee it will run forever.
